Reserves
•Reserves for items are agreed to between BA and the seller.
•Items sold STC – Seller to confirm.
•Should a reserve not be met it is at the sellers discretion to release an item or not.
•If the reserve is not met the highest bidder has the first option in making an alternative offer on the item.
•Please note that some sellers collect their items immediately after the auction has been finalised.
•If the reserve is met on an item we are obligated to sell to the highest bidder. If a reserve is not met, the high-bidder has 1st option to make a counter offer. The counter-offer must be made within 30 minutes of the lot closing
Collection: One may collect after the completion of the auction on Thursday till 15:30. All goods to be removed and paid by 12:00pm on Monday 14th March 2022. Failing this, the transaction will be reversed unless alternative arrangements have been made.
