Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife Game Hunting Packages Auction hosted by RS Auctioneers.

IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION:

ALL BIDDERS MUST TAKE NOTE OF THE:

With regards to conditions of the movement of Carcass meat, product etc.

Summary of packages:

Lot iGRA1 - iGRA7: Plains Game Species at iThala Game Reserve.

Lot PNR1 - PNR3: Plains Game Species at Phongolo Nature Reserve (Controlled Hunting Area).

Lot S1: Spioenkop Dam Nature Reserve - KZN Hunting Outfitter Hunting Package (Only KZN Hunting Outfitters can bid on this Package for His/Her Clients). 

Hunting Packages available at the following Game Reserves:

Ithala Game Reserve and Phongolo Nature Reserve: (SA Hunters only, not for Hunting Outfitter Clients).

(Note the exact details of species and date of Hunt in the details description of each Lot).

1. The above hunting packages for iThala and Pongola, will include 5 nights self-catering accommodation at the exclusive Mahlangeni Rustic Bush Camp. 
2. This camp accommodates 8 people. 
3. Linen and towels are provided.  No toiletries are provided. 
4. No Eskom electricity is available at the camp; however limited solar energy is provided for lighting.  Gas is used for cooking, fridge/freezer and geysers.
5. Five days’ guiding fees are also included in these hunting packages.
6. Minor changes to these will be allowed ONLY if approved well in advance with Reserve Management.

Spioenkop Dam Nature Reserve - KZN Hunting Outfitter Hunting Package (Only KZN Hunting Outfitters can bid on this Package for His/Her Clients). 

Please read all the conditions of sale for this Hunting Package under the Documents Tab and details under the Lot description.

Compulsory requirements and documents to be submitted in order to approve Bidder registration and bidding (iThala and Pongolo):

1. The bidder must provide proof that he/she is registered with a CHASA affiliated Amateur Hunting Association. 
2. This can be in the form of a membership card or letter from their hunting association confirming their membership status and its validity.
3. The bidder must provide EITHER a Dedicated Hunter Status certificate in his/her name from their Hunting Association OR a Proficiency Certificate in theory and practical requirements of hunting.

In order for registration to be approved for the hunting packages auction (iThala and Pongola),

Bidders must submit the following before registration will be approved for bidding:

Bidders need to submit their documents in order to be approved to start bidding and other members 30 days before the Hunt starts:

1) Copy of South African ID.

2) Proof of valid membership from an amateur hunting association.

3) Proof of Dedicated Hunting status OR Proficiency grading certificate.

4) Proof of residential address (only of the registered bidder).

5) Signed Declaration of Conditions of Sale (only by the registered bidder).

In order for registration to be approved for the Spioenkop Dam Nature Reserve - KZN Hunting Outfitter Hunting Package (Only KZN Hunting Outfitters can bid on this Package for His/Her Clients), the following must be submitted:

1) Copy of South African ID.

2) Proof of Hunting Outfitter's license number.

3) Proof of residential address (only of the registered bidder).

4) Signed Declaration of Conditions of Sale (only by the registered bidder).

 All the members that will form part of each hunting group must provide us with the above documents before the bidder's registration will be approved.

ONLINE AUCTION CLOSING ON THURSDAY 10TH APRIL @ 10H00:

FROM 10H00 ON THURSDAY 10 APRIL 2025

Sequential closing of lots one after the other with a 1 minute interval.

No staggered or simultaneous closing.

Lot iGRA1 will start closing at 10H00 on Thursday 10 April.

Lot iGRA2 will only start closing after Lot iGRA1 has closed.

Following or subsequent lots will only start closing after the previous lot has closed.
